Formed in 2020, An up-and-coming band project from Tokyo, Japan.

On July 15, EFFECTIVE 12:01 PM released  the 1st single "Take Me Higher" ,

a rock tune for the new generation that combines traditional rock music with a cutting-edge dance music.
